Sweet Cures is not just a business, it's a mission to help people. If that sounds a bit corny, fair enough. We are perhaps a bit corny, with some old-fashioned values about life and ethics. We've been doing this for six years now, and our concentration, in all this time, has been outstanding customer service, same day dispatch of all orders, dedication to continuous improvement, personal knowledge of our customers, (many are also our friends) and the development of an extensive knowledge base on the therapeutic uses of rare sugars.
Our approach has always been to empower users with the information they need in enough detail to provide both easy access and in-depth knowledge. One of the things we have resisted is passing over phone calls to a call-centre to 'take orders'. If you call us, you'll get through to someone at Sweet Cures (often the owners Anna, or John) who knows what you are going through, and who will talk to you person to person. What we've found is that that's how you help people. People don't want some anonymous person at some anonymous company who couldn't care less what they are going through. We probably know the personal history of hundreds of our customers, and time after time we've seen them get better from conditions that the medical profession had given up on. Occasionally, we'll suggest something other than one of our own products. Usually, anything we suggest is based on our personal experience of using that thing. But we learn from our customers too. If we repeatedly have heard of a particularly successful way of dealing with a problem we don't know enough about, we will pass on that information to you. With us, it's not about selling you something - it's about helping you to get better. If you've talked to us, you'll already know that.
And of course, very occasionally we get things wrong, and someone will get the wrong order due to human error. If that happens, we will sort it out, and we are always generous about this. We've never once, in all the time we've been doing this, let a customer lose out. So if it goes missing enroute - we'll replace it. If you've ordered tablets by accident when you wanted the powder, we'll change them. If we've given you one packet too few, we'll send you two packs as an apology. If you can't afford enough to do the job for you, we'll find a way of making sure you get what you need. If you take a 'bad turn' at midnight, and you desperately need advice on the spot - our mobile numbers are on the contact page.
